5 Cool Ways Teens Make Money Online

The ideas below all work online, most without having your own website.Several companies have set up revenue sharing lately, and you can benefit.Without ever learning Java, HTML, or Flash, you can set up your own little kingdom or queendom of money earning sites.

Take a look at these:

1.

Studentoffortune.com

This is a paid research site, where a student or teen can post a question with a bounty, then you can answer and win the bounty.

Do you have a cool hobby?Read a bunch of books on one subject?Maybe you work in your parents' business. You can earn money from this site.Everybody knows about something.

2.Treasuretrooper.com

Lets you fill out surveys that pay or offer free goodies.

In case you think this won't work well, think about this.Companies pay people to try their stuff, to comment on it, and to give the company their opinion. You could be one of those people, getting paid for your opinion.Available to teens over 13 can make money with this.Pretty sweet, right?

3.Cashcrate.com

Works similar to #2, but some like it better.

Either way, you make money for college. Also available to teens over 13 with parental permission.

4.Squidoo.com

you can build a lens (to focus on a topic) for free, then you can add in affiliate links, adsense and so on to earn some money from it.

The key here: think broad, and update often.Hubpages.com has an approach similar to Squidoo, but offers a one-time payment for doing serious work on a page. You have to meet their guidelines, but then you get $25 for building a resource page.

5.Build your own Website

When you do it right, you can build a great website, even if you have no programming or web design skills.

Seriously, you can make money in a ton of ways, too, like your own list, advertising, and selling your own products. And if you build your own site, you can keep it forever.Be careful what host you pick.Find one with a great block builder and the right formula for success.

6.An extra: be an affiliate.

This works best if you have a site, but you can also use your Myspace or Facebook page. You earn with this by first affiliating with an online seller. They can sell anything, you just need to be their affiliate.

Then, you tell people about it.Careful - you don't want to spam yourself off of Myspace or Twitter. But you can help people find answers and refer them to the company you represent.Just do a little search for affiliate programs on a search engine, you'll be swamped with good opportunities.

Better yet, pick a product, and then add affiliate program to it, then search.

My Experience

When I was a teen, I tried painting house numbers on curbs, mowing lawns, and washing cars.

Here's another idea for you: set up a webpage on your hobby, then sell advertising to Google and Commission Junction or tons of other places.

You can check out the Google Adsense program for more, or hop over to some places like CJ and learn how they work.Pretty cool programs, and I am earning with them.

Basically, you just write up some good information about your hobby, what you do, some pictures, how to do it right.Get it online on a few pages. Then talk about your pages to friends, in your emails, on forums or your favorite social site.No selling yet, just good information.

This will bring some traffic.Do tons of this stuff, without trying to sell anything. When you have some traffic, you go to Google's program and apply to get in.After that, you cut and paste some ads and stuff. When people like the ad, you'll get paid a bit.Over time, it adds up and makes a great little business.

You can find tons more of these kinds of offers if you look.It only takes effort.Teens make money online just like this.

Get started!

Using Product Recommendations to Increase Your Bottom Line in Affiliate Marketing

There are loads of methods that you can grow your earnings and keep up your accounts which you have worked so diligently for already.A lot of the techniques and methods can be learned easily. There is no need to go anywhere or look any further. The methods are found online, 24 hours a day and all 7 days a week. One of the more vital methods of making more on your affiliate marketing bottom line and sale is by using product recommendations.

A lot of marketers understand recommendations are one of the best and effective methods of promoting a any product. When the customer or visitor believes in you enough, it is very likely that they will as well trust your recommendations. You should be very cautious when using this approach, though. If you begin to promote anything by recommendation, your credibility will probably lose its weight. This is more often the case if the recommendation is seemingly over hyped and without much merit.

Do not be scared to talk about anything that you don't like about a particular product or service.Instead of losing any credibility for you, this is likely to make your recommendations seem much more realistic and is likely to bring up your credibility.Keep in mind, that if your prospects are particularly interested in the thing you are offering, they will be more than happy to find out what the product has to offer, and what is not so good, and especially the way in which the product will be of use to them.

When you are recommending a particular product, there are a few things to keep in mind that will make it work more efficiently and to your advantage. Here is a saying from a top internet marketer; you should keep in mind this simple equation: price resistance diminishes in direct proportion to trust. So, if the visitor has the feeling and belief that you have expertise in your niche, this will more likely than not compel them to making a purchase. So remember that, if you are not showing any confidence and self-assurance in recommending your products, the visitor is likely to feel the same way and will go and look for another product or service that they feel is more beneficial.

So how do you create of establish a presents that exudes expertise? One of the best ways is by offering different and creative solutions that cant be found anywhere else. Also remember to present proof that what you are showing works as you have said. This can be done by providing prominent testimonials and comments from credible and known personalities, in related fields of course.

You should stay away from hype as much as possible. It is best to present your self in low key and confident, than to be boastful about getting attention.Your goal is that you do not want to be seen as unprofessional and allow that thought be prominent in minds of your possible customers and clients, now would you?

It's always advised to be cool and self-assured at all times. And never forget; your prospects are not likely to be stupid.A lot of them maybe getting tips from experts and might actually have understanding about the things that you know.If you reinforce your methods with strong facts and data, this will definitely make people put in hundreds, and even a lot more money on your promotions. But if you do not have this information, your customers will be clever enough to seek out and look at your competitor's website and what they have on offer.

When recommending a product, it is also vital that you also give away promotional freebies.Visitors likely to be familiar with the tradition of handing out freebies in order to promote your own products, but there are not that many people do it to promote affiliate products. You should offer freebies which will promote and also have some information contained in them about your products or services.

Before you decide to recommend a product, it is a good technique for you to try and test the product and its support, but not a must. You shouldn't run the chance of advertising rubbish products or services.Obviously this is bad after how long it has taken you to build up your credibility and your trust from your visitors. All that it will take to mess up your credibility is only one silly mistake from you.

Where you can, it's best to recommend a product which you have 100% confidence in.Having a look at the products support is probably the first thing before you start to recommend so that the visitors you are refer it to are not being left with no help for their predicament when a problem comes up.

It's good to look at the affiliate market and to view the techniques that are being used. You might find that you haven't been focusing on the right recommendations which your products should be getting. It's not always your plan of action that is making your program work.So remember make good product recommendation and one of the few that are successful.

6 Tips on Using Social Media for Internet Marketing Newbies

With the kind of tough competition you'll have to face as an internet marketing business person, it's important that you are aware of all the techniques available to improve your business and increase your earnings. If you're an internet marketing newbie, optimizing social media can help you expand your audience and build your internet home business.Social media can be an effective and inexpensive means to establish yourself as long as you know how to use it.

How social media works

Social media helps you attain greater exposure to your audience, especially those you have already targeted.

Like search engines, social media can help you promote your content and gain better visibility in the internet.Furthermore, it's not a dead end.Promoting your content to your audience using social media lets your audience pass it on to others, particularly to people who belong to their social network.

Using social media in internet marketing

When you're using the internet for profit, it's important that you look at tools like social media as a means, not an end.

Meaning, these tools will only be as effective as your content is good. Before going ahead and using social media, there are things that should already be in place, including:

-your site (should be usable and easy to navigate)

-content (should be existing on your site and should offer quality)

-your site's management system (should let you manage content effectively)

Once you have the basics ready, you can begin expanding your reach.

Here are ways internet marketing newbies can use social media to their advantage:

Choose the right social media.

Determine the type of industry or topic you want to be involved in and design your internet marketing efforts around it.Once you know the type of topic you want to engage in, it will be a lot easier to use which social media to choose.Whether you use videos, images, audio, articles or collaborative write-ups, it will be a lot easier for you to find the right kind of platform from which to promote your work.

Create relevant content.

Quality is of course, a very important consideration but so is relevance.Your content could be well-researched and well-written but if your visitors don't find it useful, it will only be ignored.
Create content that's highly prized by your target audience to encourage them to return to your site, recommend it and link up to it.More importantly, create content that your visitors will find worth distributing to the members of their social network.Keep your content updated.

Content can only be relevant as long as people find it so.Otherwise, it will outlive its usefulness.Do research to find out about changes in your industry or topic.Offer fresh information to keep your visitors interested and encourage them to spread your content.

Use more than one social medium if necessary.

You don't have to limit yourself to just one social medium; there are several you can use at one time blogging, podcasting, discussion forums, networking, bookmarking, wikis, etc.Determine which type works best for your internet business and which one you do best.

If you're uncomfortable with a certain social medium but find that it will be beneficial for your brand of internet marketing, hire someone to do it for you.Don't miss out on a great opportunity just because you haven't the time or the talent for it.

Direct the traffic to your site.

Yes, you still need traffic. How else will you be able to let them know you exist?Use all the tricks of the trade search engine optimization, quality content, link baiting, etc.
Build your network.

The social media thrives on strong networks. The larger it is and the more quality members it has, the better chances you'll get.A strong network is extremely beneficial as an internet marketing tool not only because it promotes your internet marketing business to more people, but also because it allows you to gain foothold and influence in a very dynamic market.

Build a quality network.Find out which members produce better contacts or mean more business for you.For an internet marketing newbie, this may sound a little overwhelming but once you're used to it, you'll realize how advantageous it can be.Besides, all internet marketers have to start somewhere.Meet people and build friendships through social media. You not only get important information and updates about your business, you also get valuable feedback, which you can use later to improve your site, product and services.
